Pink Camellia Care was born out of sisters Lina and Mariam’s personal journey trying to find disability support for their sister, Linda. As they searched for a support network that they believed would treat Linda with all the heartfelt care they wanted for her, they saw a need in the community for personalised, compassionate care.
With over a decade of experience in aged care and disability services, Lina and Mariam decided to launch Pink Camellia Care in Punchbowl, Western Sydney. Since then, the organisation has been serving families with the belief that everyone deserves compassionate support, especially those from culturally diverse backgrounds.

The way we provide support was deeply informed by our own experiences trying to find trustworthy, caring support. Each of our workers has been personally vetted and trained by founders Lina and Mariam, ensuring we can offer consistent, high-quality support. Although the day-to-day support may look different, there are a few principles we always follow in our work.
Personalised care
Every client is unique, and so is the care we provide. We tailor each support plan to match their needs, interests, and goals.
Motherly love and care
We treat each of our clients with the same nurturing care and attention we would give a member of our own family.
Multicultural understanding
We specialise in serving clients from multicultural backgrounds, particularly people of colour and immigrants, offering a deep understanding of their specific needs.
Continuity of care
We believe that continuity of care provides the best long term outcomes. Our clients are paired with the same support workers so that they can receive smooth, personalised care with minimal disruptions or stress.
Our clients say it best
“
Working with these two beautiful ladies has been the best decision I’ve ever made for my son.
My son suffers from cerebral palsy and is non verbal. Ever since Lina and Mariam began looking after him 5 years ago, he has been so much more content and happy. He smiles like I’ve never seen him smile with other providers and I trust them with my son completely.
They’ve also worked very hard with him on his walking and hydro and getting him to try and make his own decisions with photo cards and he’s come a long way in 5 years. They treat him and everyone at the centre like a member of their own family.
God bless them for the work they do for those kids.

They’re a wonderful organisation that truly care about their clients and make every effort to give them the best support possible. They’re very organised and communicative with the families whom they always develop a good relationship with. Their professionalism is second to none and they always show up with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
